This is a good, strong load using the Lyman 429421 cast bullet, sized .430" and heavily crimped. It shoots well in my 5 1/2" Redhawk and 4" M29 and is much more pleasant to shoot than Elmer’s 22.0 gr. load. It hits plenty hard enough for whitetail at any range in which the shooter can place the shot on target. I have experienced very little leading with this load. I use Winchester Large Pistol (not magnum) primers.

This is a strong but not overly so round good for use in Ruger Blackhawk or other similarly strong guns. It provides 100 yard terminal ballistics that are equal to or greater than a factory .45 Colt at the muzzle.

100 gr Sierra plain base, Rem 9.5 primer, W-W brass. Shoots well in my 700V and this was not an easy gun to get to shoot well.

This load uses the Speer 75 gr. hollow point and Remington 9 1/2 primers, and neck sized W-W cases. This is a sub-MOA load in my M700 ADL sporter which is finicky about loads. Velocity estimated to be in the 3400 to 3500 fps range but has not been checked.
