Use Rem factory JHP. Duplicates factory load. Seems most consistently accurate load across all 20-odd .44s I’ve owned.

Very accurate and easy on the shooter. Achieved 6" group at 144 yards using scoped 8" Colt Anaconda. 3" group with open sight Ruger Super Redhawk 9.5"

Bullet cast from RCBS 250 grain mold. If this won’t shoot, the gun isn’t worth keeping. Killed deer with 4-5/8" barrelled Vaquero with this load. Lots of varmints. Tin cans, too.
